RAYMOND ST. JOHN
Raymond has a background in domestic and international corporate finance focusing on private equity, M&A and debt finance projects.
He has transacted and advised for large-cap corporations, real estate development and entertainment companies and is currently focused on solutions in emerging markets in water, agriculture, infrastructure, CyberSec and Space/Defense technologies. Additionally, he has also built an international trading commerce company in mining and trade as well as with global Private Defense Security and training related businesses.
Starting at Oppenheimer & Co. in New York, he moved on to entrepreneurship through business consulting then financial advisory subsequently launching his own firm as an alternative private investment, portfolio holdings and family office vehicle offering diverse investment strategies.
In 2019/2020 Mr. St. John has formally served as a Presidential appointed Advisory Council Member to the White House Office of American Innovation. He is also a 2024 recipient of the U.S. President’s Lifetime Achievement Award under U.S. President Joseph R. Biden for his notable volunteer works in the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. St. John resides in New York. He is actively involved with international geopolitics and considers himself a capitalist humanitarian.
His economic involvement from the private sector is for the purpose of improving and serving the lives of communities and their families inclusive to his charitable organization;
